Principal

With over 31 years of clinical practice and 23 years of teaching experience, Dr. Sudeep S is a veteran academician and clinician who has made significant contributions to academics and patient care. He completed his BDS in 1993 from Rajah Muthiah Dental College and Hospital, Annamalai University, Tamil Nadu and obtained his MDS in Prosthodontics in 2002 from KVG Dental College and Hospital, Sullia.

Dr. Sudeep S currently serves as the Principal and Professor & Head of the Department of Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge at PMS College of Dental Science and Research. In addition, he serves in the capacity of Dean Faculty.

To further advance his professional expertise, he has undergone advanced training programs including:

• Fellowship in Implantology (Nobel Biocare), 2008
• CAD/CAM Dentistry Training, Germany, 2013
• Encode Fellowship in Aesthetic Dentistry, 2015
• Roseman University Fellowship in Orofacial Pain and Sleep Apnea, 2019
• Diploma in Counselling Psychology under Kerala Speech Foundation, 2023

He has several national and international publications to his credit and is the recipient of the FD Mirza Best Paper Award at the Indian Prosthodontic Society National Conference 2000.

He also serves as a Postgraduate Board Member of KUHS University, PhD Evaluator at various universities, DCI Inspector since 2013, and a Postgraduate examiner for various universities since 2013.Beyond academics and clinical expertise, he is widely recognized for his skills in Administration, student counselling and patient communication.

Dr. Afzal is a distinguished academician and clinician with over 17 years of dedicated service at PMS Dental College. He completed his BDS (2004) and MDS in Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics (2008) from Rajas Dental College, under The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University. Soon after, he joined PMS Dental College in 2008 and has since been a pivotal part of its growth and excellence.
