PMS College of Dental Science is one of the prestigious institutions selected to set up an Innovation Entrepreneurship Development Centre (IEDC) by the Kerala Start-up Mission. Our students participated in the Young Innovators program of the Kerala Development & Innovation Strategic Council and nine projects from our college have won the district-level YIP competition, and five projects won the State-level competition.
One undergraduate student got the Idea grant of 4 lakhs through Idea Fest and Young idea conclave conducted by Kerala Startup Mission. Our students are now constantly participating and winning in various idea pitching competitions.
IEDC is an ideal platform by KSUM for promoting entrepreneurship among the students and academic fraternity in the State of Kerala. PMS is one among the 34 approved IEDC centers among health and allied institutes in Kerala.
