Tobacco Cessation Clinic – Workshop

Dr. Jayakrishnan who heads the TCC in RCC Tvm, discussed with the various topic including work flow, patient managements, ways to overcome challenges involved in patient retention and cessation compliance. He also provided his views for preparation of educational materials for the clinic. Role play was conducted to visualise the patient interview pattern by participating interns. Faculty members Dr. Sunila(Dept of Oral Medicine), Dr. Sunjith Sudhakar (Dept of Oral Pathology) and Dr. Swathy Anand (Dept of Public Health Dentistry)participated in the workshop. Post Graduate students and Interns from the concerned department also attended the programme.
